The City will be conducting Open Enrollment from August 7 to August 22. This is when employees will be able to make changes to their total health insurance package. It is mandatory for all full-time employees to complete an online benefit enrollment during Open Enrollment. In addition to completing the Open Enrollment benefits selection, employees are strongly encouraged to attend one of the benefits meetings where information will be provided on the City’s full benefits package. There will be changes to some of the benefit offerings this year that we want to make sure all employees are aware of. All employees should coordinate with their supervisor on which session to attend.

Benefits Meetings:
Monday, August 7: 9:00 a.m.– 10:00 a.m.
Tuesday, August 8: 8:30 a.m.–9:30 a.m.
Tuesday, August 8: 3:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, August 9: 9:00 a.m.– 10:00 a.m.

Benefits Fair:
Monday, August 7: 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm
As in past years, the City will also be holding a Benefits and Wellness Fair where employees can meet with representatives for the city's health insurance partners and other benefits partners. The benefits fair will be held on Monday, August 7, in the City Council Chambers from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.A separate email will be distributed with additional information on the Benefits and Wellness Fair.

The benefits guide for Open Enrollment will be made available closer to the beginning of the Open Enrollment window.
