Executime Timekeeping

Welcome to ExecuTime

ExecuTime is a component of the Incode ERP implementation project. It is a time and attendance management module that offers employees self-service functionalities. Employees will use ExecuTime to enter and submit timesheets and time-off requests. ExecuTime is expected to improve both efficiency and accuracy as it relates to time management and the payroll process.

 

As part of ExecuTime rollout, employees are asked to watch the applicable training video(s). Q&A sessions will be held online throughout December and early January to answer any questions or concern.


The City is currently operating in a test environment of ExecuTime, which can be accessed here: https://cityoforangefl.executime.com/ExecuTime/Index.do . Note: the preceding link will only be used during pilot and parallel testing. A new link will be supplied upon go-live.
